GP’s in our practice may be contacted during our normal opening hours. If your GP is with a patient, you may be asked to leave a detailed message to assess urgency of response required. In an emergency, your call will be transferred to a clinical staff member for assistance.
Our practice does not promote the use of email as a form of correspondence as it is not a secure method for sending information. Patients can utilize HotDoc as a secure method of booking appointments and receiving correspondence.
If you have an urgent result, your doctor will phone you. For non-urgent results you will be notified by letter, phone call or through secure HotDoc reminder system. We encourage you to phone the practice to confirm that your results have been received by the practice. Our reception staff are unable to access your clinical records so if they cannot help, you may have to leave a message and our nurse will call you back. If you have any concerns regarding your results you are encouraged to book an appointment with your GP.
If you have feedback, we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your Doctor or email us at: [email protected] or leave your comments in our feedback box located in our waiting room. Receiving your complaint in writing allows us to follow up and respond appropriately. We take your concerns, suggestions and complains seriously.
